Revopot

We came during the week at lunch. It wasn't busy. Our server was Johnny, Daisy, and Richard. They provided great service! There was a good assortment of broths. Great assortment of veggies, shrimp, mushrooms, eggs, tofu, noodles on the conveyor belt. Meat choices were great (pork belly, chicken, brisket, lamb). Lots of sauce choices with a chef's special mix if you don't know what to mix together. They had a buffet of dry foods (fried chicken, rice, kung Pao) and an assortment of desserts. We had a great experience and would definitely come back!

First of it kind in San Jose. The revolving disks make it convenient. Meats are brought to you per order. Desserts were also enjoyable. Very friendly services. Recommended

I really love their set up. You walk in and on the right they have a bar. Then they have the seating areas. I prefer sitting at a table, but sometimes they make you sit at a bar. But the reason for the bar is they have a conveyor belt that has vegetables, noodles, and seafood which you take to cook in your pot. I also like that they have individual pots for each person. After you order your soup and drinks, you’re free to wait. Or you can step up to the self serve area and get chicken, ribs, chow mein, chow fun, or whatever they may happen to have that day. Once they had fried chicken wings, which I absolutely adored! The next time I went, they didn’t have it. I forget exactly which types of soup they have but that’s their one weakness. I think I got miso or mushroom. But I feel they should really have another middle of the road type. The other ones are spicy or tomato or something like that. With four people, you can order six meats at a time. The meats are really good, but they’re cut extremely thin. The good news that they cook super fast. Both times I’ve been I left very full. I barely have any room for dessert which is either a tapioca or some other Asian custard or a lot of freshly cut fruit. The service is really good and they’re very friendly. The price is reasonable, and I will eat here again and again!

RevoPot is an exciting, modern twist on the classic hot pot experience. It’s fun, flavorful, and a bit different from what you might be used to, but in all the right ways. Whether you’re a hot pot regular or a first-timer, the combination of delicious food, efficient service, and the revolving belt makes it a memorable outing. If you're in the mood for a hot pot experience that's both delicious and entertaining, RevoPot is definitely worth a visit!

I had a fantastic time dining at Revopot. The ingredients were fresh, the food was flavorful, and there was a great variety to pick from. The meats were impressive for the price—especially the brisket and wagyu, which really stood out. The broths were also top-notch. Our server, Nathan, was incredible—super welcoming, attentive, and made sure we were well taken care of throughout the meal. I’ll definitely be returning soon!

Hotpot around a conveyor. When seated, try to get a table at the beginning of the conveyor so you can grab food that comes from the kitchen as they are placed on the conveyor. You will be waiting for a long time if you sit at the end of the conveyor because a lot of people will grab food (like mussels, shrimp, etc…) before you. Other than that, you choose your soup base (miso, …) then make your selection of meat. You can order several types of meat (wagyu, ribeye, pork belly, etc…) at the same time. You can reorder meat at anytime and you have 2 hours to eat. You also make your own dipping sauce and don’t make the mistake of eating the food from the food cart like fried chicken. Your goal is to eat wagyu, ribeye, pork belly,… We came here on a Sunday for lunch. Getting a table was easy but sometimes we had to wait a long time before the food we want is put on the conveyor. Cost was $33 for an adult.

I am going with a 5 star rating because I am thrilled there is a hotpot now in the area. We went during the soft opening -- the servers were extra attentive, they came frequently to ask is what meat dishes we wanted. The rest of the food came around on the conveyor system. Besides that, there was an assortment of the usual sauces, plus a selection of fruit and other bits of sweets, which they say change out on rotation. Importantly, the meats were fairly thickly sliced. As far as beef, they offered the fatty *American Wagyu," ribeye, and brisket (who cares about the other meats, right?). Finally, the restaurant is spacious and modern. We will definitely be back!

Absolute gem of a hotpot restaurant! The ingredients were incredibly fresh - you could tell the vegetables were crisp and recently harvested, and the meat slices were premium quality with beautiful marbling. The service was attentive and friendly, though you can tell they're still training some staff - but honestly, that's completely understandable for a new spot, and they more than made up for any minor hiccups with their genuine enthusiasm and eagerness to please. What really stood out was how immaculately clean everything was, from the dining area to the sauce bar and even the restrooms. The modern decor and spotless environment made the whole experience even more enjoyable. Can't wait to return and see how they continue to grow!
